OUR SHIPPING POLICY

NC Fudge is dedicated to providing the best possible shipping solutions for all our customers! We work hard to make sure all packages go out ASAP—usually within 24 hours. The majority of orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship via UPS/FedEx if we are notified of the request.

 

Please be aware that fudge is perishable and is susceptible to all manner of weather (heat, humidity, cold, etc.). We package our fudge with the utmost care but cannot control what the carrier does with your package! Please ensure the shipping address is correct and that someone is able to accept the package upon first delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the package, please ensure the package is not exposed to the elements when delivered.

REFUND POLICY
